Where are you based?

We are based in the great north-west of England!

What is the turnaround time on orders?

We only keep a small amount of stock in-house, which allows us to keep out great range of designs, so most orders ship in approximately 2 weeks, but you may receive your order sooner than that!

How do I submit my race evidence?

You can email your race evidence to thehappiestfitnessco@gmail.com. We'll accept shots of fitness apps or trackers or photos with your race bib. If you don't include your race bib in any photos, be sure to include the number in your email so we know who you are!

How are my items shipped?

All items are shipped within 3-5 working days of your order being placed.

Everything is posted by Royal Mail. UK postage is First Class Signed For, and International is First Class Tracked and Signed. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in postage once your order has left us, and we are not responsible for any customs charges.

When will you be releasing more designs?

We've got loads of exciting designs ready and waiting to be released, follow us on Twitter and Instagram to be the first to see them!

What is your exchange/returns policy?

We will happily exchange or refund any unworn products that are returned to us within 28 days. Please include the original receipt to make this process easier!
