Where are you based?
We are based in the great north-west of England!
What is the turnaround time on orders?
Most items ship in 1-2 weeks. Items that are shipped directly from our supplier will have the estimated arrival date on the product page.
How are my items shipped?
Most of our products are shipped straight from our manufacturer to your doorstep via tracked shipping services. Please be aware, your order may ship in multiple parts.
Orders for mirror decals are sent Royal Mail Second Class.
Please note, we are not responsible for any delays in postage once the item has been sent, and you are responsible for any customs charges that may be added.
What is your exchange/returns policy?
If you have an issue with your order, please get in touch with us via email to thehappiestfitnessco@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate. Please be aware that our products are made to order, and therefore returns may not be possible unless faulty.
