Simply complete a 5K distance (or 3.1 miles!) however you like, whether that be running, walking, cycling, swimming, dancing - you name it! - to earn yourself a castle medal worthy of royalty.

How it works:
- Once you’ve purchased your entry, you can start tracking your miles - there’s no deadline to complete, and you don’t have to do it all in one go if you prefer!
- Upon completion of the distance, submit your evidence through our online portal
- As soon as we receive your submission, we’ll pack up your shiny, well deserved medal and get it in the post to you!
